Reviews of proposed pricing strategies for potable and recycled <br /> irrigation water. <br /> B. Provide Team with background on irrigation management and <br /> maintenance costs to provide perspective for proposed pricing. <br /> C. Evaluate pricing strategy effects on customer water bills and <br /> irrigation practices. <br /> Budget <br /> Consultant and City have agreed on a budget for each task, as reflected <br /> below. <br /> Task 1: $2,760 <br /> Task 2: $5,750 <br /> Task 3a: $28,750 <br /> Task 3b: $8,625 <br /> Expenses: $2,500 <br /> SUBTOTAL: $48,385 <br /> Should the City determine that additional services are required to augment <br /> the recycled water engineer's report, written authorization shall be issued <br /> and confirmed. <br /> Contingency: $7,500 <br /> TOTAL: $55,885 Not-to-exceed value of agreement <br /> Billing for services rendered and work products delivered shall be for actual <br /> hours worked only. <br /> 3 of4 <br />
