<br />All services would be provided based on the following hourly rate schedule: <br />Regional Director $125,00 per hour <br />Sr. Project Manager $110.00 per hour <br />Project Manager $100,00 per hour <br />Senior Relocation Consultant $90.00 per hour <br />Relocation Consultant $80.00 per hour <br />Project Support $60.00 per hour <br />Secretarial/Clerical $40.00 per hour <br />OPC's hourly fees would be based on the billing rate of the personnel providing the <br />service. Project Management services, which are not included in the per-case rate <br />quoted above, would be based on the hourly rate of the personnel providing the service. <br />It is our policy to serve our clients with the most effective support systems available in <br />the most cost effective manner. Therefore, our per-case rates include telephone, <br />messenger, reproduction, facsimile, travel expenses and other costs incurred on our <br />clients' behalf. <br />There would be no additional fee for Spanish oral interpretation and/or written <br />translation services excluding the Plans. Written communication services in other <br />languages would be an additional cost and would be billed separately based on quoted <br />hourly rates by independent translation services. <br />OPC may submit monthly invoices for the relocation services rendered based on the <br />hourly rate schedule provided above. Substantial changes in the required scope of <br />work may result in the revision of the proposed fees, <br />In closing, I want to assure you that it has always been and will continue to be our goal <br />to provide acquisition and relocation assistance services to our clients on the most cost- <br />efficient basis possible.
