<br />The following services are NOT included in this proposal: <br />. Title and escrow, engineering, environmental analysis, <br />. Reconstruction of the mobile home pads. <br />. Loss of business goodwill appraisal. <br />The approach of OPC's acquisition and relocation team in the implementation of this <br />project is to satisfy the objectives of the City of Redwood City, to complete the work in a <br />timely, efficient, and technically correct manner, and to treat occupants impacted by the <br />Project in a sensitive, respectable and equitable manner. <br />ß, COST PROPOSAL <br />At this time, we anticipate there are two (2) residential tenants occupying mobile homes <br />impacted by the Project who will require temporary or permanent relocation assistance <br />along with the acquisition of the required easement rights, The cost analysis to provide <br />the necessary data to make an informed decision regarding temporary or permanent <br />relocation will be included in the Project Plan. <br />OPC's cost proposal is as follows: <br /> Appraisal of Public Service Easement $ 8,000.00' <br /> Acquisition of Public Service Easement Rights $ 5,000.00 <br /> Appraisals of Mobile Homes, if necessary $ 1,500.00' <br /> Acquisition of Mobile Homes, if acquired (2 cases @ $1,250) $ 2,500.00 <br /> Preparation of Project Plan - flat fee $ 1,200,00 <br /> Preparation of Relocation Plan - flat fee $ 800.00 <br /> Residential Relocation Cases, temporary or permanent <br /> 2 cases @ Flat fee - $2,600/ case $ 5,200.00 <br /> Project Management Service, including general consulting <br /> coordinating meetings and subcontractor administration, up to $ 7,000.00 <br /> <br /> Total Consultant Expenses $31,200.00 <br /> .
