Other <br /> details shall be added as necessary to clearly show the work to be <br /> done. <br /> ~ The Civil Engineer shall utilize the recommendation of the <br /> Geotechnical Engineer as provided by the City in their design of the <br /> pavement section and any other subgrade soil requirements. <br /> b. Landscaping and Irrigation System- Landscape plans shall include as a <br /> minimum the following: <br /> ~ Landscapinq Plan: Show exact location of each plant and construction <br /> features (Le., benches, mowing strips, header boards, planters, <br /> pathways, walkway lighting, service refuse areas. etc...). These <br /> features are to be detailed on the landscaping plan sheets. <br /> ~ Planting Details and Sections: Provide as necessary to clearly show <br /> the work to be done. Planting legend shall include common name, <br /> botanical name, quantity of each variety to be planted, height after <br /> planting, and container size and space pattern. <br /> ~ Irriaation Plan: <br /> . Irrigation plan shall be drawn on a separate sheet. <br /> . Show all irrigation lines. spray heads, quick couplers, and other <br /> required fittings. <br /> . Show coverage of each spray head, pipe sizes, control valves, <br /> vacuum breakers and point of connection to water distribution <br /> system. <br /> . Show exact location of each head, valve, controller and any other <br /> electrical or mechanical appurtenances necessary for the proper <br /> function of the system. <br /> -7- <br />
