Indicate limits of work. <br /> ~ Demolition Plan: Indicate structures, foundations, pavements <br /> (including type and thickness) to be removed and salvaged; utility lines <br /> to be removed, rerouted or abandoned and trees and shrubs to be <br /> removed or salvaged. <br /> ~ Site Plan: Locate all new work by coordinates and/or dimensions from <br /> prominent existing features or survey base lines. Use same scale and <br /> orientation as the existing topography plan. Locate contractor's <br /> temporary storage area as necessary. <br /> ~ Grading Plan: <br /> . Show finished contours at one-foot intervals using solid lines and <br /> all existing contours using dash lines. <br /> . Clearly show where all surface water will drain to catch basins or <br /> other outlets. <br /> . Use spot elevations to clarify grading requirements, drainage flow <br /> patterns, set curbs, gutters, pavement corners, ground and <br /> pavement surfaces at building corners, top of catch basins, etc... <br /> . Show finished floor and pad elevations, borrow pit/disposal areas (if <br /> applicable), and location of soil borings. Use same scale and <br /> orientation as the topography plan. <br /> ~ Utility Plan: <br /> . Locate by dimensions and/or coordinates all new water. sanitary <br /> sewer and storm drain lines and appurtenances. <br /> . Indicate sizes of all pipes, top and invert elevations of manholes <br /> and catch basins and points of connection. <br /> . Indicate size of all thrust restraints and their parameters. <br /> ~ Profiles: <br /> . Show profiles for all sanitary sewer and storm drain systems. <br /> 'I . Indicate manholes, invert elevations, distance between manholes, <br /> slope of pipes, existing and proposed utilities and finish grades. <br /> . Show profile for water mains where possible interferences with <br /> existing utilities may occur. <br /> -6- <br />
