You agree that Don Maruska & Company, Inc. and its contractors <br /> are not liable for any results or damages from anything communicated to you through <br /> these services. None of our information or communications to you is intended to be or <br /> substitute for licensed legal, accounting, financial planning, or counseling services. <br /> Program Delivery <br /> Don Maruska will lead the program. Certified Talent Champions may provide additional <br /> support as needed or available. <br /> Investment <br /> Professional Fee <br /> Planning and Program Implementation: fixed professional fee $7,500. <br /> Follow Up and Feedback for sustained results: fixed professional fee $1,600. <br /> Materials and Other Expenses <br /> Client will acquire a copy of the book "Take Charge of Your Talent" (available through <br /> any outlet) for each participant in the program. ($25 each, up to 150 participants) Client <br /> also will purchase a copy of the Take Charge of Your Talent Participant Guide in PDF <br /> form (available from Take Charge of Your Talent for $14.95 per participant) for <br /> individual use of the participants.
