Stimulate positive buzz and interest in launch of the program with email notice, video <br /> clips, and Take Charge Checklist. <br /> 5. Lead Key #1 Workshop: Power Up Your Talent Story — a dynamic, interactive <br /> session that shares latest neuroscience and psychology insights for top <br /> performance, stimulates employees to perceive their stake in their own talent <br /> development, engages employees in finro Talent Catalyst Conversations (one as <br /> Participant and one as a Talent Catalyst for someone else). Results: each attendee <br /> leaves with new perspectives about his or her hopes, opportunities, and actions to <br /> move forward and shared skills they can apply in their daily work. [3 hour workshop] <br /> 6. Provide follow up email to reinforce important points and encourage action. <br /> 7. Lead Key #2 Workshop: Accelerate through Obstacles — a focused session that <br /> guides attendees to apply proven, practical tools to overcome the obstacles to <br /> achieving what they want, guides them in brainstorming with one another about <br /> shared interests and solutions, and supports refinement of their Talent Action Plans. <br /> [2 hour workshop that follows in � 3 weeks after Key#1 Workshop] <br /> 8. Provide follow up email to reinforce important points and encourage sustained <br /> action. <br /> 9. Lead Key#3 Workshop: Multiply the Payoffs for Yourself and Others — describe <br /> and develop ways for employees to translate their knowledge and skills into tangible <br /> career assets, support attendees in developing their personal "brands" that convey <br /> their value to their organizations and the people they serve, and engage each <br /> person in translating their career assets into organizational assets that create win- <br /> win results. [2 hour workshop that follows in �3 weeks after Key#2 Workshop] <br /> 10.Encourage documentation of accomplishments with a revisit of the Take Charge <br /> Checklist and the Talent Development Results sheet. <br /> 11.Option to video record the three workshops for participants to review and for Take <br /> Charge of Your Talent to access and use for its own training and marketing <br /> purposes.
