Now is a prime opportunity to engage fully the self- <br /> motivation and initiative of managers in order to boost their performance and ground <br /> them in a powerful model that they also can use to boost the engagement and results of <br /> their employees. <br /> The Take Charge of Your TalentT"' program addresses this need with a proven set of <br /> keys that readily scales for participants to create rewarding futures for themselves and <br /> their organizations. This program has successfully served thousands of people in <br /> dozens of organizations (local government, non-profits, and corporations).
