(CLI) and its staff have been providin� Ac�uatic <br /> Ecosystem Restoration and Maintenance services to governmental and private sector dients <br /> worldwide since the mid 19'70's, and have been actively involved in the control of exotic and <br /> invasive aquatic plant species in California since the early 1980's. The scope of services <br /> typiCally provided by CLI include the development of aquatic vegetation management progra�ns, <br /> eni�itonmental monitoring of aquatic plant communities, implementation of invasive species <br /> prbgrams (mechanical, biological, and through the use of USEPA approved aqu�tic herbicides <br /> �ric� algaecides), marsh restoration services, bathymetric mapping, compliance monitoring atnd <br /> repbrting, and regulatory compliance and preparation of Notices of Intent/Aquatic Pesticide <br /> Application Plans and Annual Report preparation for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br /> System (NPDES) permits. CLI holds a State of California Class "A" General Engineering <br /> Contractors License issued by the California State License Board (CSLB), license number <br /> 803463, and is a California Department of General Services Certified Small Business <br /> (Certification Number 39361). <br /> Clean Lakes, Inc. (CLI) staff Thomas McNabb (CLI Senior Aquatic Pest Control Adviser) will <br /> serve as the Project Director supported as necessary by Thomas Moorhouse (CLI Aquatic Pest <br /> Control Adviser).
