Our attendance at RCPW's meetings, public hearings, and consultation with responsible and trustee agencies identified by RCPW is limited to 5 hours. 8. This scope is of a technical nature and we do not offer legal advice. Accordingly, we strongly suggest that the CEQA document prepared by us be reviewed by RCPW's legal counsel. A��OCIATED PROGRAM COSTS: Task 1 through Task 8 are provided on a Not-to-Exceed basis estimated at $38,300.00. If costs in addition to this are anticipated, Consultant will notify City and will not proceed without prior authorization. Additional work, if needed, will be done according to the fee schedule outlined below. Egpenses: Expenses such as travel (tolls, per diem, etc.) and outside services (analytical laboratory, etc.) are charged at cost plus 15%. Mileage charges are at Internal Revenue Service (IRS) rates. Costs for field equipment and vehicle use will be charged according to our current fee schedule. Costs for travel (airfare, IRS-allowable mileage, tolls, per diem, etc.) and outside services and expenses (analytical/geotechnical laboratory, courier, etc.) are charged at cost+15%. Invoice Terms: All invoices are due upon receipt. Schedule: CLI's Team will commence within 2 weeks upon receiving written authorization to proceed and receipt of a $5,000.00 retainer. Depending on the availability and adequacy of data, Consultant anticipates preparing a dra�t IS and MND for City's review within approximately 4-6 weeks. Once completed, reviewed and approved by City, this draft document will be circulated for public review for a minimum of 30 days. Shortly after completion of this 30-day period, Consultant recommends that RCPW's consider public comments, discuss the draft IS and MND, and when satisfied,certify and adopt it.
