3.0 Environmental impact Checklist <br /> the units to allow for a more flexible project design to accommodate shared open space,heritage <br /> tree preservation, and an efficient site plan. Whereas the standard rear year setback is 20 feet, <br /> the project applicant is requesting a reduced rear setback ranging from 8 feet to 15 feet.Through <br /> the Planned Development Permit process, the project would be subjected to higher scrutiny and <br /> the permit may include additional conditions to minimize land use effects. With approval of a <br /> Planned Development Permit,the project would be in compliance with land use and zoning <br /> policies and regulations. <br /> c) Conflict with any applicable habitat conservation plan or natural community conservation <br /> plan? <br /> No Impact.
