The project would include the demolition of the three existing <br /> single-family residences on-site and construction of 12 two-story detached, single-family homes. <br /> Prior to project construction, the occupants would vacate the existing residences.While the <br /> occupants of these three homes may be displaced,the total number of people displaced is not <br /> considered substantial enough to necessitate the construction of replacement housing <br /> elsewhere.
