Impacts are less than significant.
iii) Schools impacts?
Less-than-Significant Impact. Public schools within the City are operated by the Redwood City
School District. The project applicant is required to pay school fees as part of new development
in the City. The Redwood City School District would absorb new students generated as a result
of the project since the school fees would be in accordance with new home construction.
Impacts are less than significant.
iv) and v) Parks and other public facilities impacts?
Less-than-Significant Impact. Construction is not anticipated to result in population change as
the workforce would be sourced locally.During long-term occupancy of the homes, the
maximum increase in population of approximately 25 persons generated by the project(see
Section 3.13, Population and Housing) would not generate a substantial additional demand for
parks or other public facilitates near the project site. The project includes its own small
playground as well.
