Mat foundations shall have a minimum thickness of 12 inches approval by Planning Services <br /> and be properly steel reinforced. Prior to Grading and <br /> 2. When continuous perimeter and isolated interior spread from the applicant's <br /> footings are used,they must be founded at a minimum depth I Geotechnical Engineer shall be <br /> of 24 inches below rough soil pad.Both interior and perimeter submitted for the review and <br /> foundations should be founded at the same elevation below approval by Planning Services <br /> pad grade with the exception of any soil retaining structure and incorporated into the <br /> foundations. Footing excavation shall be saturated with water(but not <br /> overly saturated) and continue to be periodically saturated <br /> after footing excavation and prior to concrete placement. <br /> 5.
