6. No Other Modifications. Except as specifically modified herein, the Agreement <br />remains in full force and effect. To the extent that any provision of this Fourth Amendment conflicts with <br />any provisions of the Agreement, this Fourth Amendment shall control. <br />7. Miscellaneous.
