Contractor shall use the funds provided hereunder exclusively for the disposition costs <br />of the subject Property as set forth below for the construction of new condominium units to <br />be sold to and occupied by Eligible Households (as defined in Section 8, Affordability <br />Covenant) pursuant to this Agreement. <br />2. Form of CDBG Subsidy.
