graphically presented by diagrams over the applicant's drawings and with photographs <br /> illustrating the recommended planning and design approaches, whenever available. <br /> The letter will be prepared in Adobe InDesign CS6 format and converted to pdf format <br /> for fimely delivery and sharing as CITY deems appropriate. <br /> As an optional task, CITY may request CONSULTANT to meet with CITY and developer <br /> representatives and designers to discuss the review letter and explore approaches to <br /> better meet City expectations, if needed. <br /> Other Optional Tasks <br /> CITY may request CONSULTANT to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis related <br /> to this Scope of Services, including: <br /> • Review of revised design drawings; <br /> • Preparation for and attendance at a Plan Review Committee meeting; <br /> • Preparation for and attendance at advisory committee meetings (either the <br /> Architectural Advisory Committee, Historic Resources Advisor Committee, or <br /> both), Planning Commission and/or City Council public hearings; <br /> • Work on special studies or projects including but not limited to: updating the Cit�s <br /> design standards and guidelines, and preparation of a checklist for content of <br /> architectural elevations for application packets, and <br /> • Conduct field investigations, studies, and prepare reports related to architectural <br /> design, and develop appropriate conditions of approval related to projects <br /> reviewed by CONSULTANT. <br /> CITY may occasionally have the need for other services not specifically listed in this <br /> document that the CONSULTANT has the necessary experience and capabilities to <br /> provide.
