Part A has <br /> been changed from the draft that was faxed to you on February 13. The original will be <br /> mailed to you. <br /> Our proposed budget for Part A is $5,000 and Part B $45,000. Less effort is anticipated on <br /> Part A than was estimated in 2000. More effort (primarily electrical) than was estimated <br /> for Part B in 2000, and a four-year increase in labor rates. <br /> In regard to your request for an update to our construction cost estimate of 2000, see <br /> attached sheet. Factors in the increase are: (1) escalation of construction costs, (2) as built <br /> conditions may be different from those shown on the 1969 improvement drawings, (3) <br /> PG&E electrical service, and (4) updated regulations. <br />
