PG&E power is available at the transformer that is located approximately 150 feet <br /> south of the south channel and a similar nearby power source is available at the <br /> north channel. <br /> 2. There are no underground utilities that will have to be relocated. <br /> 3. Site work cost assumes that the pump stations will not require pile supports and <br /> utility relocations will not be required. <br /> 4.
