<br />04-20-04 <br /> <br />11: 16am <br /> <br />From-Redwood Ci'" Py/S <br /> <br />+ <br /> <br />T-898 P 003/006 F-TT3 <br />DES:dft õ/30/92 (002/51) <br />DES:djk 07/06/92R <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Motor <br /> <br />Vehicles <br /> <br />Motor <br /> <br />propelled <br /> <br />vehicles, <br /> <br />including automobiles, motorcycles, pickup trucks, <br /> <br />heavy duty trucks and similar such vehicles owned <br /> <br />by woodside and used for municipal purposes. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Municipal <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />Center <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City's <br /> <br />Municipal <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />Center, <br /> <br />located <br /> <br />1400 <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />Broadway, Redwood City, California. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />HAINTENANCE <br /> <br />SERVICES. <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />provide <br /> <br />Maintenance <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />for woods ide's <br /> <br />Motor Vehicles <br /> <br />"as <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />an <br /> <br />needed" <br /> <br />basis <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />request <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Woodside, <br /> <br />subject <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br />priority described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />woodside shall deliver <br /> <br />woodside '5 Motor Vehicles to the Municipal Services Center for <br /> <br />Maintenance Services and, upon completion thereof, take delivery <br /> <br />of said Motor Vehicles therefrom; <br /> <br />provided, <br /> <br />tha t Woods ide may <br /> <br />request Redwood City to transport any such Vehicle from Woodside <br /> <br />to said Services Center and return said Vehicle to Woodside (at a <br /> <br />place <br /> <br />designated <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Woodside <br /> <br />within <br /> <br />woodside's <br /> <br />municipal <br /> <br />boundaries) upon completion of Maintenance Services therefor, in <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />RedW'ood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />provide <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />transporting <br /> <br />event, <br /> <br />services at woodside's sole cost and expense. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />SCHEDULING PRIORITY. <br /> <br />woodside shall be responsible for <br /> <br />scheduling <br /> <br />Maintenance <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />each <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />Motor <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Vehicles; <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />completion <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />furnishing <br /> <br />provi~ed, <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br />Maintenance Services for each such vehicle, <br /> <br />Redwood City shall <br /> <br />indicate to Woodside the approximate date of the next recommended <br /> <br />2 <br />
