<br />04-20-04 <br /> <br />11: !Tam <br /> <br />From-Redwood C¡" PWS <br /> <br />T-S9S <br /> <br />P 004/006 <br /> <br />F-m <br /> <br />+ <br /> <br />..,- <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />DES:dft 06/30/92 (002/51) <br />DES:djk 07/06/92R <br /> <br />Maintenance Service for such Vehicle. <br /> <br />Upon acceptance of a Motor <br /> <br />Vehicle for Maintena~ce of Services, Redwood City shall endeavor <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />perform <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Maintenance <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />reasonably <br /> <br />an <br /> <br />~n <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />expeditious manner as possible; provided, that the furnishing of <br /> <br /> <br />Maintenance Services to Red'Ñood City IS own vehicles shall have <br /> <br />first <br /> <br />priority <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />furnishing of <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />Woodside's <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />over <br /> <br />Motor Vehicles. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION; <br /> <br />COSTS; <br /> <br />REVISIONS. <br /> <br />Woodside <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />compensate <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />labor <br /> <br />furnished <br /> <br />hereunder <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Maintenance Services at the hourly rate of Fifty Six and 33/100 <br /> <br />Dollars <br /> <br />($56.33), including common labor, skilled labor, trained <br /> <br />rnechanicls <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />other <br /> <br />labor <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />necessary <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />appropriate for furnishing such Maintenance services. <br /> <br />woodside <br /> <br />shall pay Redwood City for all parts and supplies furnished in <br /> <br />connection with such Maintenance Services at the cost thereof to <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />plus <br /> <br />:fifteen <br /> <br />(15%) <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />overhead <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />percent <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />administrative costs. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />proV'isions <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />below <br /> <br />paragraph <br /> <br />9 , <br /> <br />("Amendments" ) <br /> <br />the above-mentioned hourly rate of compensation <br /> <br />and the percentage of overhead and administrative costs may be <br /> <br />revised by Redwood City from time to time during the term, <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />extended <br /> <br />hereof, <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />subject <br /> <br />revisions <br /> <br />term, <br /> <br />approval by <br /> <br />Council of Redwood City, <br /> <br />evidenced by motion <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />thereof, duly made and carried. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />LIMITED WARRANTY. <br /> <br />warrants <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />Maintenance Services furnished hereunder for any Motor Vehicle of <br /> <br />Woodside <br /> <br />standard <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />usual <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />customary <br /> <br />:shall <br /> <br />conform <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />3 <br />
