DELIVERABLES (TASK 2) <br />2.1 PROJECT MANAGER shall facilitate review of and make <br />recommendations on adjustment to the communications protocol plan, as <br />prepared by developer or developer's contractor or separate consultants. <br />2.2 PROJECT MANAGER shall use established communications protocol <br />plan to ensure contractor compliance with established procedures. <br />PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE <br />3.1 PROJECT MANAGER shall commence services upon issues of a Notice <br />to Proceed from City. Services will be considered complete upon <br />issuance of a Notice of Completion. <br />COMPENSATION <br />4.1 PROJECT MANAGER shall render services as directed by CITY <br />ENGINEER, or his designated representative, with understanding that <br />hours of service may vary, depending on the stage of the project and <br />needs, but typically will not exceed 10 hours per week.
