DELIVERABLES (TASK 2) <br /> 2.1 PROJECT MANAGER shall facilitate review of and make <br /> recommendations on adjustment to the communications as prepared by <br /> developer or developer's contractor or separate consultants, as well as <br /> review 3-week look ahead schedules to anticipate and proactively address <br /> potential conflicts . <br /> 2.2 PROJECT MANAGER shall use established communications to ensure <br /> contractor compliance with established procedures . <br /> PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE <br /> 3 . 1 PROJECT MANAGER shall commence services upon issues of a Notice <br /> to Proceed from City. Services will be considered complete on or before <br /> December 31 , 2019, unless otherwise determined by City. <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> 4. 1 PROJECT MANAGER shall render services as directed by CITY <br /> ENGINEER, or his designated representative, with understanding that <br /> hours of service may vary, depending on project and needs , but typically <br /> will not exceed 8 hours per week.
