<br />specifically waives all rights under said statute, related only to the subject of the Dispute, which Section <br /> <br />reads as follows: <br /> <br />A general release does not extend to claims, which the creditor does not know or <br />suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by <br />him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor. <br /> <br />18. All parties to this Agreement agree that this Agreement is a bar to all past, present or future actions <br /> <br />between these parties only as related to the subject of the Dispute and this Agreement as set forth herein. <br /> <br />The parties acknowledge that a waiver of Civil Code Section 1542 means that even if any party suffers <br /> <br />additional damages arising out of the matters contained in this Agreement they will not be able to make <br /> <br />a claim regarding those damages. <br /> <br />19. The parties agree that they will each bear their own attorney's fees and costs related to the matters <br /> <br />set forth in this Agreement including, but not limited to, the negotiation, drafting, and execution of this <br /> <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />20. This is a compromise of a disputed claim and is not to be construed as an admission of liability on the <br /> <br />part of any party herein, by whom such liability is expressly denied. <br /> <br />21. The parties expressly warrant and represent that there are no liens, claims or assignments in law, in <br /> <br />equity or otherwise, or against the claims or causes of action released herein. <br /> <br />22. The parties warrant and represent that they are fully authorized to enter into and perform this <br /> <br />Agreement and that their execution ofthis Agreement is free and voluntary. <br /> <br />23. GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />24.
