specifically waives all rights under said statute, related only to the subject of the Dispute, which Section reads as follows: A general release does not extend to claims, which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor. 18. All parties to this Agreement agree that this Agreement is a bar to all past, present or future actions between these parties only as related to the subject of the Dispute and this Agreement as set forth herein. The parties acknowledge that a waiver of Civil Code Section 1542 means that even if any party suffers additional damages arising out of the matters contained in this Agreement they will not be able to make a claim regarding those damages. 19. The parties agree that they will each bear their own attorney's fees and costs related to the matters set forth in this Agreement including, but not limited to, the negotiation, drafting, and execution of this Agreement. 20. This is a compromise of a disputed claim and is not to be construed as an admission of liability on the part of any party herein, by whom such liability is expressly denied. 21. The parties expressly warrant and represent that there are no liens, claims or assignments in law, in equity or otherwise, or against the claims or causes of action released herein. 22. Independent Investigation:_Each party hereto has fully and personally investigated the subject matter of this Agreement, consulted such independent counselors and experts as required, and does not rely on any statement of fact or opinion of any other party to this Agreement.
