s51 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7399 APPROVING FORM PARTICIPATION <br /> AGREEMENT FOR USE IN CONNECTION WITH CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN <br /> In response to question as to whether employees with <br /> probationary status only are eligible for the Plan, Mr. <br /> Fales advised that since the money involved belongs to <br /> the employee and the Plan covers management and con- <br /> fidential employees only, it is not necessary to exclude <br /> tato probationary employees. <br /> The resolutions were adopted unanimously by roll call <br /> vote . <br /> Report re Waterfowlers (continued from p. 7) <br /> Members of the Waterfowlers Association returned to the <br /> Chambers, and Mr. Fritz asked if it would be possible <br /> to have a zone of 300 to 500 yards off the Redwood <br /> Peninsula available for waterfowling. <br /> CHANGE OF MOTION : Councilman Norris changed his motion <br /> with regard to permitting no hunting at all on the <br /> Redwood Peninsula to permitting no hunting on the Redwood <br /> Peninsula with the exception of 500 yards off the Penin- <br /> sula. Councilman Barrett then seconded the motion. <br /> Discussion continued and Mr. Schricker stated his desire <br /> to amend the ordinance to identify specifically the area <br /> included in the 500 yards referred to in the change of <br /> /*** motion. <br /> mom,,,, AMENDMENT TO CHANGE OF MOTION: Upon advice of Mr. <br /> Stieglitz, Mr. Norris amended his change of motion, with (See Page <br /> the consent of his second, to 500 yards from the tow of 353,354) <br /> the existing levee on the Redwood Peninsula. <br /> The motion, with the change as amended, then carried <br /> unanimously by voice vote.
