In response to question regarding the status of the <br /> revision of the Subdivision Ordinance dealing with con- <br /> dominiums, Mr. Schroeter advised that the Planning Com- <br /> mission recommendations will be coming to Council soon. <br /> The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> ano <br /> 701 Planning Grant Human Resources rr <br /> t <br /> Plan) Final Application <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of May 9, 1975 <br /> regarding the subject application and attaching report <br /> from the Director of Planning, dated May 8. <br /> In response to questions, Mr. Fales advised that certain <br /> responsibilities named in the agreement accompanying the <br /> application are continuing ones; that it is hoped that <br /> some of the information being obtained for the Human <br /> Resources Study will be available in time for use in <br /> connection with the 1976-?7 budget; and that some funds <br /> for the Study may be obtained from the County and also <br /> possibly from regional, State and Federal sources. <br /> Planning Director Schroeter, Assistant City Manager <br /> Smith and Mr. Fales commented generally on the expected <br /> uses of the Study and the role of local government with <br /> regard to social services. <br /> MOTION: Titles having been read, Councilman Norris in- <br /> troduced the following resolutions and moved, seconded <br /> by Councilman Leipzig, their adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7409 APPROVING APPLICATION FOR COM- <br /> PREHENSIVE PLANNING ASSISTANCE GRANT, AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF ALL DOCUMENTS PERTAINING THERETO, <br /> AND STATING INTENT TO PROVIDE MATCHING FUNDS IN <br /> CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> RESOLUTION 7410 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECU- <br /> TION OF AGREEMENT AMENDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AND NANCY WILSON RELATING TO THE <br /> PREPARATION OF A HUMAN RESOURCES AND MANAGEMENT <br /> INFORMATION SYSTEM PLAN <br /> The resolutions were adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> (The Council recessed from 8 :27 to 8 :37 p.m. ) <br /> Sale of surplus property - City lots <br /> intersected by drainage canal <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of May 8, 1975 <br /> regarding surplus property, attaching plats, descriptions <br /> and appraisals of six parcels of real property owned by <br /> the City which are no longer needed.
