Rhodes (no tape recording was made <br /> oPm of the session) <br /> rlo. <br /> Adjourned Meeting <br /> The Council of the City of Redwood City met on this date <br /> in a Budget Study Session at 9:00 a.m. with Mayor <br /> Weymouth presiding. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Councilmen present : Barrett, Henderson, Leipzig, Norris, <br /> Rhodes, Williams and Mayor Weymouth <br /> Councilmen absent : None <br /> Officials and staff present : City Manager Fales, City <br /> Controller Ference, Assistant City Manager Smith and <br /> Police Chief Bold, Chief Building Official Gyselbrecht, <br /> Director of Public Works Pusich, City Librarian Vollmayer, <br /> Director of Parks and Recreation Weeks, and Deputy City <br /> Clerk Reggetts <br /> Proposed Annual Budget 1975-1976 <br /> Mayor Weymouth opened the Budget Study Session, stating <br /> that the only item before the Council for the day will <br /> be to continue the review of the proposed Annual Budget <br /> which was begun on May 10, 1975. A supply of the pro- <br /> posed budget was made available to those in the audience <br /> wishing a copy. <br /> City Council - Account No. 400 (pp 8-9) <br /> Reference was made to request of Council at the meeting <br /> of May 10, 1975 for additional information regarding <br /> Account No. 400, and City Manager Fales referred to the <br /> memorandum of May 15, 1975 filed by the City Controller, <br /> which responded to that request. Mr. Ference reviewed <br /> his memorandum, which included data for the current and <br /> previous two fiscal years listing specified conferences <br /> budgeted for Council and the number of Councilmen in <br /> attendance at each. The report also included comparison <br /> by object and fiscal year for the City Council budget for <br /> the proposed budget and the prior three fiscal years. <br /> MOTION Councilman Rhodes moved, seconded by Councilman <br /> t"W" hender°...m, that Account No. 400 be approved as submitted. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> Budget <br /> Study <br /> 5/17/75 <br />
