He stated that as a former Redwood <br /> City policeman, he was involved in the initial <br /> outfitting of the boat and is well-acquainted <br /> with it. <br /> 6. Dennis Woodman, Esq. , Wellesley Crescent, suggested <br /> that since the City has established marinas and in- <br /> vited boatowners to come to the City, the Council <br /> has an obligation to police any problems which may <br /> exist in the marina areas.
