The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Barrett : The Invocation was led by the Reverend Charles Waite, First Free Methodist Church . Roll Call Councilmen present : Barrett, Henderson, Leipzig, Norris, Rhodes, Williams and Mayor Weymouth Councilmen absent : None Officials and staff present : City Manager Fales, City Attorney Schricker, Assistant City Manager Smith, City ilController Ference, City Collector-Treasurer Drivon, City III Clerk Hildebrand and Director of Public Works Pusich, Planning Director Schroeter, City Librarian Vollmayer, Parks and Recreation Director Weeks, Chief Building Official Gyselbrecht, Police Chief Bold Approval of Minutes MOTION : Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Councilman Rhodes, approval of the following minutes : June 9, 1975 Executive Session June 9, 1975 City Council Meeting June 16, 1975 City Council Meeting with a correction on page 2 of the City Council Minutes of June 9, 1975 in the 10th item in the motion changing "Comprehensive Tax Reform - oppose" to "Comprehensive Tax Reform - support. " The motion carried unanimously by voice vote , Councilman Williams abstaining from approval of the Minutes of June 16, 1975. ' Presentation of Plaques for Distinguished Service Mayor Weymouth presented Plaques for Distinguished Service to Lawrence G. Brian and Leonard Greenwold for service on the Library Board and to Robert G. Brown, M.D. and Mitchell E. Webber for service, on the Port Commission. Mayor Weymouth called attention to the many years of Reg.Mtg. 6/23/75
