" <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote , Councilman <br /> Williams abstaining from approval of the Minutes of <br /> June 16, 1975. <br /> ' Presentation of Plaques for Distinguished Service <br /> Mayor Weymouth presented Plaques for Distinguished Service <br /> to Lawrence G. Brian and Leonard Greenwold for service on <br /> the Library Board and to Robert G. Brown, M.D. and <br /> Mitchell E.
