Masciarelli acknowledged he had not done so. <br /> AMENDMENT : Councilman Leipzig moved, seconded by <br /> Councilman Rhodes, that referral is made to staff <br /> to deal with the requested signs and that the <br /> matter need not be returned to Council for review, <br /> if an acceptable solution to the problems presented <br /> can be found\within the limits of the present sign <br /> ordinance . <br /> The amendment carried unanimously by voce vote. <br /> The motion as amended carried unanimously by voice <br /> vote .
