Consent Calendar (continued) <br /> developer is entitled to one extension of the permit . <br /> Mr. Schroeter observed that the standards for the area <br /> involved have not changed. <br /> John D: Tehaney, Tehaney Construction Company, who has <br /> requested the extension of his Planned Development Permit, <br /> advised that financing has been a problem for developers <br /> during the past year and that other new condominiums in <br /> the area where his were planned to be constructed are not <br /> selling well now, and apartment conversions are being <br /> offered at much lower prices than would be possible with <br /> new construction. <br /> In response to question regarding the item concerning <br /> the posting of prices of motor vehicle fuels, Mr. Fales <br /> reminded Council that the posting of such prices has been <br /> required by the County and was approved for the City at <br /> the meeting of July 14, 1975.
