Oral Communications 1 Juan Hernandez reported difficulties encountered at the Middlefield/Flynn intersection because of the frequent re- fusal of bus drivers to stop there Vice Mayor Williams ad- vised that a more formal bus stop program is presently under way, and bus stop signs will be posted at certain convenient designated stops throughout the City It was suggested that if citizens find the bus stop locations are not convenient, City staff should be advised. Executive Session MOTION: Councilman Henderson moved, seconded by Councilman Barrett, to adjourn to executive session for the purpose of con- ' siderlpg matters of litigation.
