Councilman Barrett moved, seconded by Councilman Rhodes, <br /> to approve the Minutes of the City Council meeting of September 15, <br /> 1975 as submitted <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote, Councilman Leipzig <br /> abstaining <br /> Red Morton Memorial <br /> Vice Mayor Williams read the proposed resolution describing some <br /> of the contributions to the community by Alfred "Red" Morton during <br /> his 34 years as Recreation Director, calling attention to the es- <br /> teem in which Mr Morton was held and setting aside a site within <br /> the Red Morton Community Park to be designated the Red Morton <br /> Memorial . <br /> 9/22/75 <br /> a II <br />
