The Invocation was led by Jean Louis, Assistant Administrator of The Salvation Army Roll Call Councilmen present Barrett, Henderson, Leipzig, Norris, Rhodes, Williams and Mayor Weymouth Councilmen absent. None GAP Students present. Bustos, Crockett, Evans, Swift, Stello, Weber, Vega III Officials and staff present, City Manager Fales , Assistant City Manager Smith, Assistant City Attorney Maloney, City Treasurer- Collector Drivon, City Clerk Hildebrand and Director of Public Works Pusich, Planning Director Schroeter, Parks and Recreation Director Weeks, Acting Director Buildings and Transportation Balsamo, Fire Chief Keller, Police Chief Bold Presentation of Plaques of Distinguished Service Mayor Weymouth presented to Beatrice Ontiveros a Plaque for Dis- tinguished Service for her contribution to the City as a member of the Advisory Board of the Fair Oaks Community Center Mayor Weymouth commented on Miss Ontiveros' other service work and expressed the appreciation of Council for her assistance Approval of Minutes - October 6, 1975 MOTION Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Councilman Leipzig, to approve the Minutes of the City Council meeting of October 6, 1975 as submitted with the following correction. on page 2 in the first paragraph "Mr. Davis" should be changed to "Mr Crawford.
