282 Iris Street, Jeter Street, Lowell Street, and Myrtle Street; 3. that crosswalks and appropriate pavement markings should be placed across the follow- ing minor streets at its intersection with Whipple Avenue : Woodstock Place, Copley Avenue-King Street, Hudson Street, Arch Street, Iris Street, Jeter Street, Lowell Street, Myrtle Street, Turnsworth Avenue- Nevada Street, and Woodsworth Avenue- Hillside Avenue; and 4. that red curbing should be installed and trees and branches trimmed to increase sight distance to oncoming vehicles with the addi- tion that the trees and branches be trimmed on a regular basis; and, title having been read, introduced the following reso- lution and moved, seconded by Councilman Rhodes, its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7356 ESTABLISHING STOP ENTRANCES AT CERTAIN HEREIN DESIGNATED INTERSECTIONS WITH WHIPPLE AVENUE City Manager Fales advised that the staff recommenda- tions with regard to crosswalks and pavement markings and the establishment and radar enforcement of the 85 percentile speed limit (35 mph) will be reevaluated by staff and report made to Council at a later date. mm The motion carried and the resolution was adopted .•maw unanimously by roll call vote.
