(Memo 11/4/75) <br /> City Attorney Schricker advised that the proposed Uniform Ordinance <br /> is not subject to public hearing, but that all major industrial <br /> users have attended meetings on the subject. Mr Schricker recom- <br /> mended that Council invite comment from anyone wishing to speak at <br /> this time. <br /> Mayor Weymouth invited anyone present who wished to speak to do so <br /> No one present wished to speak. <br /> MOTION Title having been read, Councilman Henderson introduced <br /> the following ordinance and moved, seconded by Councilman Norris, <br /> its approval for first reading <br /> ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 27 OF, AND ADDING CHAPTER 27 <br /> TO, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, ESTABLISHING <br /> REGULATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE IMPOSITION OF FEES <br /> RELATING TO THE USE OF SANITARY SEWERAGE AND STORM <br /> WATER DRAINAGE FACILITIES <br /> The ordinance was approved for first reading unanimously by voice <br /> vote <br /> Councilman Henderson reported that she has been asked by the National <br /> League of Cities to testify at a Housing and Urban Development hear- <br /> ing on growth policy soon and advised that it is her intention to <br /> include in her testimony comment on the de facto policies <br /> -6- <br /> Reg Mtg <br /> 11/3/75 <br />
