The City has pre- <br /> viously indicated that the County is in need of a full <br /> service aviation facility which could offer dual runways, <br /> an instrument approach and departure system, adequate <br /> parking and access, and protection through zoning from <br /> urban encroachment. The City has also previously indi- <br /> cated that an alternate site in the Leslie Salt Pond area <br /> south of Harbor Boulevard might offer that potential , and <br /> has suggested that such a possible site be studied in <br /> detail ) <br /> ADDITION TO MOTION.
