The Invocation was led by Dr William Dalton, Minister. First United Methodist Church. Roll Call Councilmen present: Barrett, Henderson, Norris, Rhodes, Williams and Mayor Weymouth Councilmen absent Leipzig Government Affairs Program students present Group I - Anderson, Bustos, Davalos, Miller, Olivera, Twietmeyer, Valenzuela, Group II - Beckwith, Christopher Clark, Patty Clark, Combatalade, Moreno, Turiello, Zeh Officials and staff present City Manager Fales, City Attorney Schricker, Assistant City Manager Smith, City Treasurer-Collector Drivon, City Clerk Hildebrand and Planning Director Schroeter, Parks and Recreation Director Weeks, Director of Buildings and Transportation Balsamo, Police Captain Gsell Approval of Minutes - November 10, 1975 MOTION Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Councilman Henderson, that the City Council Minutes of November 10, 1975 be approved as submitted with the following correction in the ADDITION TO MOTION on page 4, insert "Councilman Barrett" after "Councilman Norris " The motion carried unanimously by voice vote Presentation of Resolution to Margaret Bean recently retired from the Port Department Mayor Weymouth read the resolution commending and congratulating Margaret Bean on her retirement and presented a framed copy to her, with the best wishes of the Council Mrs Bean thanked Council for the resolution Reg Mtg 11/17/75
