20 1: <br /> MOTION Resolution having been read, Councilman Henderson intro- <br /> duced the following resolution and moved, seconded by Councilman <br /> Barrett, its adoption <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7519 COMMENDING AND CONGRATULATING MARGARET <br /> BEAN ON THE OCCASION OF HER RETIREMENT <br /> The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote <br /> Public Hearing - Appeal from the decision of the <br /> Planning Commission granting a variance to <br /> The Wine Company (Harry' s Hofbrau, Appellant) <br /> City Manager Fales referred to the report of the Planning Commis- <br /> sion on the subject variance and the request of Sidney L Berlin, <br /> attorney for the appellant, that the public hearing be continued <br /> until November 24, 1975 as he cannot be present tonight. <br /> MOTION' Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Councilman Rhodes, <br /> that the public hearing of the appeal from the decision of the <br /> Planning Commission granting a variance to The Wine Company be <br /> continued until November 24, 1975 <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote <br /> (MINUTE ORDER NO 75-232) <br /> (NOTE.
