(Hodgson Company, contractor) (MINUTE ORDER NO. 75-242) Reappointment of Eloy Vega, youth representative to Fair Oaks Community Center Advisory Board (MINUTE ORDER NO. 75-243) Claim: Ray W. Rosero by,,Steven L. Schaiman, Esq. ; personal injuries allegedly due to' collision with City operated transit bus. Recommend denial and refer to insurance carrier'. (MINUTE 'ORDER NO. 75-244) Approval of warrants nos.' 17,957 through 18,141 , totaling $169,776.42 Councilman Henderson expressed her appreciation to Council for their previous approval to attend, at the invitation of Vice President Rockefeller, a public forum on domestic policy; to be held in Los Angeles on December 9, and advised that despite cer- tain difficulties such as inability to obtain information from the sponsors as to what testimony is expected of her, and travel problems due to an airline strike, she will attend the meeting. Councilman Henderson referred -to a communication previously sub- mitted by her as Chairman of. the Local Agency Formation Commission, to the Council , relating to a report on Fire Protection Study for San Mateo County, and urging consideration by the Council before the end of the year. -Mr. Fales indicated that insufficient copies of the report have been received to distribute to Council' and that because it is lengthy, and because time is short, it would be difficult to arrange for Council to have the opportunity to review the report and to arrange a presentation before the first of the year.
