City Manager Fales indi- <br /> cated that negotiations still have not been concluded with <br /> respect to an annexation agreement He suggested that Council <br /> might wish to hear testimony from Mr Fields, the representative <br /> Reg Mtg <br /> 12/15/75 <br />
