228 <br /> Mr Neuman, President, Mobil Oil Estates (Redwood) Limited, <br /> advised that the project could be accommodated in either of <br /> the sites recommended and indicated willingness to proceed at <br /> the discretion of Council <br /> During the discussion which followed, concern was expressed <br /> that part of the eight acres had been suggested for use to fund <br /> low/moderate income housing elsewhere in the City, and Council- <br /> man Norris assured Council this would not be the case <br /> MOTION• Councilman Barrett moved, seconded by Councilman Norris, <br /> to continue the matter of the Housing Concerns Committee recom- <br /> mendations on Low/Moderate Income Housing to January 5, 1976. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> (MINUTE ORDER NO. 75-249) <br /> South Bayside System Authority (SBSA) - Fees/Charges <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of December 12, 1975 <br /> to which was attached a detailed report by the Director of <br /> Public Works regarding the subject fees. <br /> MOTION• Title having been read, Councilman Norris introduced <br /> the following resolution and moved, seconded by Councilman Leipzig, <br /> its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7529 ESTABLISHING CHARGES AND FEES AND <br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT THEREOF, RELATING TO <br /> CONNECTION TO AND USE OF SANITARY SEWERAGE FACILITIES <br /> The motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> Revision of Bi-Weekly Payroll System <br /> ° City Manager Fales referred to his report of December 12, 1975 <br /> which reviews the previously adopted establishment of a bi- <br /> weekly payroll system, which was to take effect as of January 1 , <br /> 1976, and subsequent events which resulted in the recommendation <br /> by City Controller to revert back to a semi-monthly system, but <br /> with certain changes in the paydates. <br /> MOTION• Title having been read, Councilman Williams introduced <br /> the following ordinance and moved, seconded by Councilman <br /> Henderson, its approval for first reading. <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 2 26 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO ESTABLISHMENT OF A SEMI- <br /> MONTHLY PAY PERIOD; REPEALING ORDINANCE NO 1652 <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote <br /> Community Information Report <br /> City Manager Fales referred to the subject report dated December 8, <br /> 1975. <br /> -10- <br /> Reg Mtg <br /> 12/15/75 <br />
