S. <br /> Postal Service requiring curb service mail boxes in <br /> new subdivisions. <br /> MOTION: Councilman Henderson moved, seconded by Council- <br /> man Norris, that the League of California Cities ' "legal <br /> advocacy program" be used to begin actions aimed at <br /> preventing the U. S.
