302 <br /> Discussion followed and Director of Public Works Pusich <br /> replied to questions regarding the Subdivision Map Act; <br /> the size of the lots involved; and advised that all lots <br /> meet ordinance requirements with regard to frontage . <br /> MOTION: Title having been read, Councilman Norris in- <br /> troduced the following resolution and moved, seconded <br /> by Councilman Rhodes, its adoption: ks "' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7366 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH SUB- <br /> DIVISION OF REAL PROPERTY (KEVIN J. COSTELLO, <br /> PATRICIA COSTELLO, WILLIAM R. LOEWE AND NANCY M. <br /> LOEWE) ; ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF LAND CONTAINED IN <br /> GRANT DEED FROM WILLIAM R. LOEWE AND NANCY M. LOEWE <br /> The Resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote . <br /> Community Progress Report <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his Community Progress <br /> Report of February 19, 1975 and replied to questions <br /> with regard to details of the report. <br /> In response to question, Director of Public Works Pusich <br /> commented on the plans for Neptune Beach, stating that <br /> attempts are being made to develop the beach as originally <br /> anticipated, but that such attempts may not be sucessful. <br /> ° In response to the suggestion that unreasonable expecta- <br /> tions might have been raised with regard to the beach, <br /> Mr. Pales observed that it may be necessary to discontinue <br /> attempts to establish a beach and to extend the park area <br /> to the waterline . <br /> Discussion continued and Mr. Fales and Mr. Pusich replied <br /> to questions regarding the Belmont School Park which is <br /> expected to be completed by summer; the removal of the <br /> Holly Street interchange project from the FAU list; the <br /> inadequate funds offered by the MTC in response to the <br /> City' s application with regard to development of bicycle <br /> facilities; and the prospect of obtaining funds for SCSP <br /> as previously anticipated. <br /> (The Council recessed from 9:15 to 9:24 p.m.) <br /> Consent Calendar <br /> Councilman Henderson announced that the National League <br /> of Cities will hold a western regional training program <br /> for Council members in San Francisco on August 22 and 23, <br /> 1975. ,, <br /> MOTION: Titles having been read, Councilman Leipzig in- <br /> troduced the following resolution and ordinances and __ <br /> moved, seconded by Councilman Williams, adoption of the <br /> resolution and approval of all other items : <br /> -5- <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 2/24/75 <br />
