That the number of votes cast in each precinct, and <br /> that the number of absentee votes, for each proposition is <br /> listed in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and by this reference made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> 5. That more than a majority of all of the votes cast at <br /> said Special Municipal Election on each of said Charter amend- <br /> ment propositions N, 0, P, and R were in favor of said respective <br /> propositions and that said propositions carried. <br /> 6.
