's. <br /> MOTION: Title having been read, Councilman Norris in- <br /> troduced the following resolution and moved, seconded <br /> *^ by Councilman Henderson (see below) , its adoption: <br /> ., , RESOLUTION APPROVING DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, <br /> CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR FARM HILL <br /> CONDOMINIUMS PROJECT IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AND A FORM GRANT DEED FOR EACH UNIT OF <br /> FARM HILL CONDOMINIUMS PROJECT; and that <br /> Paragraph M. on page 16 "Authority for Reasonable Entry <br /> for Maintenance or Construction" be amended to the effect <br /> that prior to entry of any unit, that notification be <br /> given in writing to the unit owner. <br /> POINT OF ORDER: In response to question by Councilman <br /> Henderson as to whether or not the language of the <br /> section referred to in the motion may be changed by <br /> Council, City Attorney Schricker advised that the <br /> motion is in order .and that if it carries, staff will <br /> contact the other parties involved and determine if the <br /> proposed amendment is satisfactory to them. Councilman <br /> Henderson then seconded the motion. <br /> Discussion followed as to the practicality of giving <br /> written notice prior to entering a unit in the event of <br /> an emergency and whether or not the Council should inter- <br /> vene. <br /> MOTION WITHDRAWN: Councilman Norris, with the consent <br /> of his second, withdrew his motion. <br /> MOTION: Title having been read, Councilman Norris in- <br /> troduced the following resolution and moved, seconded <br /> by Councilman Henderson, its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7375 APPROVING DECLARATION OF <br /> COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR FARM <br /> HILL CONDOMINIUMS PROJECT IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AND A FORM GRANT DEED FOR EACH UNIT OF FARM <br /> HILL CONDOMINIUMS PROJECT <br /> The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> MOTION: Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Council- <br /> man Henderson, that the developer be advised that the <br /> Council favors that Paragraph M on page 16 "Authority <br /> for Reasonable Entry for Maintenance or Construction ' <br /> of the C.C.&R.
