355 Written Communications (continued) (Motion continued) 3) the letter from Peninsula Cable T.V. , Inc. be referred to staff for study and report, the study to include examination of the problems regarding quality of television reception, the fiscal information required by Council action of April 1, 1974 relating to agencies holding franchises from the City Ilk 41 (see page 5 of the 4/1/74 minutes re Mid- Peninsula Cab Company) , the present and past numbers of subscribers and a description of the agency' s attempts to acquire additional subscribers. (MINUTE ORDER NO. 75-13) The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. 5. Request of South County Disposal District re appointment of Redwood City representative to the four-year term commencing January 1, 1975. MOTION: Councilman Henderson moved, seconded by Councilman Williams, that Sid Herkner be re- appointed to the South County Disposal District for the term commencing January 1, 1975 and that appreciation be expressed to Mr. Herkner for his past service on the District Board.
