Carmel Catholic Church. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Councilmen present : Barrett, Leipzig, Rhodes, Williams <br /> and Mayor Weymouth <br /> Councilmen absent : Henderson, Norris <br /> • <br /> Officials and staff present : City Manager Fales, City <br /> Attorney Schricker, Assistant City Manager Smith, City <br /> Clerk Hildebrand and Director of Public Works Pusich, <br /> 00-4 Planning Director Schroeter, Police Chief Bold. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> MOTION: Councilman Rhodes moved, seconded by Councilman <br /> Leipzig, approval of the Minutes of the Executive Session <br /> of March 21, 1975 as submitted. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> MOTION: Councilman Rhodes moved, seconded by Councilman <br /> Leipzig, approval of the City Council Minutes of March 24, <br /> 1975 as submitted. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote, Councilman <br /> Barrett abstaining. <br /> Oral Communications <br /> There being no objection, Mayor Weymouth invited those <br /> leading the group of citizens present in connection with <br /> a request relating to housing to speak at this time. <br /> ism (See also "Oral Communications" below. ) <br /> Clifford M.
