Carmel Catholic Church. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Councilmen present : Barrett, Leipzig, Rhodes and Vice <br /> Mayor Williams <br /> Councilmen absent : Henderson, Norris and Mayor Weymouth <br /> Officials and staff present : City Manager Pales, City <br /> Attorney Schricker, Assistant City Manager Smith, City <br /> Clerk Hildebrand and Director of Parks and Recreation <br /> Weeks, Police Chief Bold <br /> soma <br /> Approval of Minutes - April 7, 1975 <br /> MOTION: Councilman Rhodes moved, seconded by Councilman <br /> Leipzig, that the Minutes of April 7, 1975 be approved as <br /> submitted. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> Professional services agreement - <br /> Dpreparation of master site plan for <br /> olphin Park and Marlin II Park - Redwood Shores <br /> (Recreation Land Planners) <br /> City Manager Pales referred to his report of April 11, 1975 <br /> regarding the subject agreement and attaching a report from <br /> the Director of Parks and Recreation, dated April 7, to- <br /> gether with a copy of the Scope of Work statement. <br /> MOTION: Title having been read, Councilman Leipzig in- <br /> troduced the following resolution and moved, seconded by <br /> Councilman Barrett, its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7388 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECU- <br /> TION OF AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL G 'R1'TrE`' <br /> IN CONNECTION WITH CERTAIN RECREATIONAL AND LANDSCAPING <br /> IMPROVEMENTS IN DOLPHIN PARK AND MARLIN II PARK <br /> The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 4/14/75 <br />
