Chandler / <br /> Marguerite Leipzig <br /> 401 MARSHALL STREET <br /> Bill Rhodes April 13, 1981 <br /> Regular Meeting <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> The meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City as the Re- <br /> development Agency met on this date at 7:30 p.m. with Chairman Biagi <br /> presiding. <br /> Directors present: Britschgi , Chandler, Leipzig, Rhodes, Stangel <br /> and Mayor Biagi <br /> Directors absent: Bury <br /> Officials and staff present: Fales, Schricker, Smith, Ference, <br /> Hildebrand and Addiego, Schroeter <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Report of City Manager 4/3/81 <br /> Mayor Biagi observed that the meeting of the Redevelopment Agency had <br /> been called for formal consideration of the financial services agreement <br /> discussed at the City Council meeting of April 6, 1981. 0•00 <br /> City Manager Fales reported that the cost for financial services would <br /> be $10,000 from Community Development Block Grant Funds and $5,000 <br /> from appropriated reserves. In response to question, Mr. Fales stated <br /> that the date in the agreement should be corrected to April 1981. <br /> Title read. M/S: Leipzig/Chandler <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 81-01 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECTUION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROCESS (Wainwright & Ramsey) <br /> adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Redevelopment Agency <br /> adjourned at 7:35 p.m. <br /> JACQUELINE C.
